TETRASENSOR : (Antibiotic kits for detection Tetracycline in milk)
Tetrasensor is a receptor_based assay for rapid measurment of the amount of every tetracycline molecules present in a milk sample (Tetracycline,Doxycycline Oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline,Methacycline,rolitetracycline.)
This kit is prepared with two sensivity:
The sensivity limit of “TK 00543” is 25ppb ,and the sensivity limit of “Tk 00544” is 100ppb.
Incubation time in this kit is 10 minutes in environment temperature, and it is available in two models: 25 test & 96 test.
Reaction mechanism :
Tetrasensor is an economical test that exploit the activity of a receptor for the recognition of tetracycline molecules present in the milk. Tetrasensor kit is included two elements:
1) The first element is a reagent containing a certain amount of labeled receptor.
2) The second is dipstick.
